Minimum Required Qualifications (do not apply if you do not meet these minimum qualifications)

EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED required. (Vocational or college credentials a plus) Computer literate a plus.

LANGUAGES- Spanish and English ( Bi-lingual preferred)

EXPERIENCE – 3+ years experience in apartment leasing, hospitality industry or sales required.

COMMUNICATION – Ability to speak, read and write English. (Bilingual English/Spanish spoken is a must) Tax Credit experience a plus.

ORGANIZATION – Ability to multi-task, prioritize and complete assignments in a timely manner required.

SCHEDULE – Dedication to arriving on or before agreed upon start time required.

SCREENING – Criminal background check required.

TRANSPORTATION – Dependable transportation to and from work required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
